The property
In Sankt Wendel / Osterbrücken we offer for rent this in 2021 newly built house; "der alte Birnenbaum" in an originally 200-year-old farmhouse. Many authentic details in the house have remained visible. In the house, for example, you can still see all the old ceiling beams.
From the large garden, which has several terraces, you have a wonderful view. In fine weather, enjoy a delicious steak or sausage prepared on the barbecue. In spring and summer you can pick your own fruit here. (cherries, apples, pears and plums).
Everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible; Free Wifi, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cot, trampoline, swings. Free private parking.
From January 2022, the property will have a gameroom, equipped with pool table, football table and dartboard. The gameroom is a separate room so that while you watch a Netflix series with a good glass of wine, the kids can enjoy playing pool.
Surroundings
Germany is an incredible country for holidays. The nature, the friendliness of the people, the prices in the restaurants and so on and so forth. Greenery, wonderful mountain bike routes, kilometres of walking tracks everything on your doorstep. But also beautiful cities like Trier nearby, where you can sniff culture and history. The house is located in the village Osterbrücken, which falls under the municipality Sankt-Wendel.
